See, that’s the thing though. To what extent are you willing to get good at a game or games in general? I’m not just directing this towards you. I’m tired of people just playing and not even bothering getting better or even planning on it. When the skill level is skewed awkwardly, it isn’t fun for anyone. When someone doesn’t even care about how they’re playing it’s even worse.
I’m not even gdlk or a top player or anything, but I’m sure people in this thread can back me up when I say I have a strong set of fighting game fundamentals as do a handful of other players in this thread and I’m sure they’re more than willing to help. People just aren’t asking for it.
I just want people to get better so that I can get better. That’s what competition is about.

Anyone here going to the Gazebo tomorrow to play some not-as-popular fighting games? I’m still debating on if i’m going or not, since the CF area is so close to my house (I live in DUMBO, so i’m one train stop from Chinatown)… but I kind of don’t want to be assed.
Plus the weather outside was obnoxious yesterday, and I just woke up and it’s midnight, and I found a place I want to get lunch and breakfast from by my house. Yes, I plan my day around food.
