Yeah but it’s a whole lot of shit involved, and it will lag your ps3 from what I heard. I never tried it before but the steps are both complicated and convuluted.

I have a Japanese PSN account and it does not lag my system nor did I have to use a guide to make it. I just got on one night and did the most logical thing that came to mind. It’s really not that hard and it’s worth it. You can buy japanese psn cards at J&L.
