What i mean is i made a custom fightstick, bought a happ type led button (micro switch, led inside happ type button). How do i connect the led part to the UFB so it work like xb1 home led?
They show this on their website. There is a 5 point connection on the board (J5), for each player LED. In XBO mode all 4 light up so just tap the VCC and Player 1 point and you are good to go.
Does the UFB offer headphone support. With talk back function.
If not does it have the ability too with a software update. Or is the board not compatible at all and we would require a completely new board to be designed.
I cant use an extra control and run my headphones through it as I sold my extra controls to get the funds for the UFB.
@Falkentyne Sorry for the late reply, work has been crazy. It gives a disconnected error message. Iâm gonna install the latest update update and see if that solves the issue.
Any chance of getting original Wii (not Wii U) support? Itâs becoming pretty common for old Wiis to be used as emulation boxes for retro consoles as they are very cheap and can handle emulation well. It would be nice to be able to use a brooks with it.
If the Wiiâs homebrew app supports HID Devices, then you can use the Pokken controller mode for it I think, but I donât even think many of them supports HID Devices either way. We wonât get any native Wii support (as a Classic Controller or GameCube controller). So donât get your hopes up on that.
@Brook_Engineer I know this might be a stretch but can there be a way to turn SOCD off? I love having it for fighting games but I would also like to use my hitbox for playing rhythm games on my computer but the SOCD cleaning means that I can only use two of my directional buttons for in game buttons. Games like osu mania use key mapping sdf space jkl which would be perfect for left, down, right, up, 1p,2p,3p but the socd wonât allow me to. Maybe a button combination that only works when itâs plugged into a PC so it wouldnât mess with tournament validity for consoles?
Those cables can be found at mouser but they cost $50+ dollars, which is why some people opt for ethernet cables if they want a cheaper solution that locks. I remember reading somewhere that you can take the ethernet collar off and do a âDIYâ locking usb cable, although I donât remember the details or where I read that.
