@Roland_of_Eld19
Please give more information (ex: games name …) and how to emulate.
We will confirm with it at the same equipment and reply to you.

If possible, you can compare it between ours and original PS4 controller.

Is the light in ā€œTEā€ mode a different color for easy identification? Thanks!

Yes Blue&Red to identify if TO’s require it.

@KingRaoh
Turn on Red and Blue two colors in TE mode.

Thanks!

To all Brook players,

We found some bugs to the firmware Xbox360 to PS4 20160408.
We suggest not update this firmware at the moment.
We will fix it very soon, sorry for any inconvenience.

Brook Team

Hi @Brook_Engineer

I didn’t see your post and started trying to do the update. I started the ā€˜A’ exe and input the commands to go into update mode. But then I got a message to ā€œPlease plug in controllerā€, despite the controller still being plugged in. Now the adapter is stuck with both the blue and red LEDs lit. It won’t register any controller plugged into it so I can’t input the commands to change the mode.

Is this related to the bugs you guys found? Do I just need to wait for the fix?

HI @Brook_Engineer

I’ve plugged in my PS3 to PS4 converter today to try updating it again with the new firmware and PC isnt even recognising it anymore :frowning:

In device manager it just says ā€œunknown deviceā€.

Hi @GOGO.Zippy I downloaded the most recent firmware today for the ps2 to ps3/4 update and Im still getting the 8 minute time out. I’m using a duelshock ps1 controller. The firmware said it updated successfully, and so did the optional tournament firmware. Any ideas why the 8 minute time out is still occurring?

With the flasher open, remove and reinsert the adapter, with the controller plugged into it, into the USB port.
This should cause the update command to appear on the flasher.

Hello. You have the white USB converter right? If you’ve done it before and already have the correct driver installed, then you should be able to connect a Dual Shock 3 to the converter and plug that into your PC. After a while it should come up as ZeroPlus USB device.

@Falkentyne Ah I could have sworn I tried that, but it did work! I was able to initiate the update… but then the update fails. But at least I was able to get it out of the update mode and back to how it was before. I’ll wait until the bugs are fixed I suppose.

I’m having issues, I can update the firmware but I can’t release the update mode. It goes from blinking blue purple to solid red after option start, then press left stick does nothing, then press left stick and option goes back into blinking blue and purple. I can’t get out of this mode, anyone help??

@Foo
Please update again to try those steps

(1)open app, don’t plug it in USB on PC
(2)press PS key then plugged in USB port
(3)updated icon enable to click
(4)Updated successful
