as for henry, once he stops whiff anything > parry, the game will open up again. tell him i play kof, so i m a pretty big fan of manual execution, but its sad theres no game that rewards this, while being as deep as 3rd strike. judge wrong and you eat shit, guessing stops after a point.

when was the last time I ever gotten 2nd in a tournament that justin wasnt in? why is people acting like I can’t win a tournament with justin in it. Do I have to win 10 more times to prove i can beat him? It was a good tourny, props to all that played. I just wish justin played mvc2 like everyone else but we all know the real reason why he didnt play. just some people need to accept the truth.

Sanford is practically the only guy Justin considers competition in that game anymore, and it’s quite clear by now that Marvel really is reaching the end of its run. It’ll still be played, money matches will still be all the damn rage, and drama will always be there, but the game is just done. There’s nothing left to discover except how much money you’re willing to put down in faith of your skills, that’s it.

I gave up competitive mvc2 during the summer because it’s too expensive to drive 2 hours just to play a god damn weekly at eight on the break, and if i finish 1st every single time, then i still lose money. but the fact that i finally do well at a tournament, and you have to be a bitch about it just fucking riles me man. Even if i beat you round one, then i lost 2 in a row and still did horribly, i wouldnt fucking care.
