Boondocks Season 3

Nigerian Monkey Pox being a top tweet right now was funnier than the show tonight.

lol almost naacp is also trending haha. its all about lost and boondocks on twitter.

That’s what I noticed as well lol!

Damn, this episode went to the max!

I’m sure a lot of people never heard of Johnny Rebel until now lol. I remember reading an recent interview about him and he was saying that he now doesn’t mind black people anymore, which possibly relates to the ending of the episode.

It’s clear dude is just using this season to express his hate for Obama

damn shame since it’s the last one

I wasn’t aware that the rednecks represented his view point.

Over the top racism.

The moral twist was actually there…it was just really small, simple, and COMPLETELY overshadowed lol.

Holy shit, this episode was so wrong it was hilarious. I mean goddamn the songs and the cd titles were just…so wrong, but my gut is hurting from the laughter.

“Baboonbama” :rofl::rofl:

Classic episode of the Boondocks right there. Hands down has to be the most racist episode of the series to come out.

“****** stay out of my wife”…goddamn, i was dying.

some of the lines in those songs were fucking classic

“baseball ain’t been the same same since we let coons in the game”

As a white person, I’ve got to admit that I was basically going D: the entire time. I was actually pretty uncomfortable with just how racist that shit was.

Gruder DOES NOT GIVE A FUCK!

I was laughing, but I’m almost in disbelief at how straight up racist that shit was.

Ruckus knew it even back in season one…it’s like some days he can admit it, and other days he’s Irish.

“Black folks holl’ing ‘bout "save me"
Wa’n’t nothin’ wrong with slav’ry
’least we had good food back then, unh huhn, uhn-huhn
White man shol’ could BE yo’ frien’”

This episode gave me the same feeling Roots gave me. And to top it of, my office is 85% white.:wasted: But sad to say that this episode speaks truth. We all know racism exist but it seemed to get more “open” when Obama took office. I remember when President Obama won and when I came in the next day all of the white people except for one spoke to me. :wtf: Another thing that got me about this episode was Rebel talking about black people complaining about work. I would complain also if I am doing my job and most of the white people I work with jobs too…which I sometimes do. :bluu: But all and all it was an entertaining ep.

Holy shit Johnny Rebel is real?? This episode was almost South Park-esque.

Dude johnny rebel was born in a town 5 mins away from me.I already knew moss bluff was racist.smh

Lol im black and it got to a point were I just couldn’t laugh, the whole episode I was left :amazed:. lol had to turn to volume down during the singing part, I was half expecting them to go even further and to put lyrics to sing along :looney:

I thought you were black because of your avatar. That’s not you?

Wow…

Sigh I envy you guys being able to stay up till 11:30 on a Sunday night to watch this. I have to torrent it when I get home.

Even thought i was laughing at the episode some of the stuff was definitely uncomfortable. But I’m pretty sure most of us knew exactly what we were going to get when we saw that preview.
