Tokyo Breakfast isn’t Japanese - it’s an American short with Japanese actors. On a side note, the girl who played the daughter in the short was also the voice actress for Princess Yuki in Onimusha (in English), and the actor who played the father has had a ton of minor character roles in American and German movies.
