Hahaha yea I remember that. I miss the comic. Only bad thing about the show is we haven’t been getting any of the comic.
It kind of makes you wonder why this is the last season. The show debut in November of 05’ and it’s endingin in 2010? He owes us at least 2 more season. He’s got plenty of material that he could work with. I’m guessing the ending of the show has something to do with politics. For those of you that don’t know what I mean, I’m not actually talking about goverment politics. I mean things like money and contracts withing the production company. I’m just saying this before anyone gets started about it because we all know that the show often takes part in political satire every now and then. On the other hand, season 3 started out kind of weak but it’s picking up. Maybe Aaron has just run out of ideas to bring to life past a 3rd season.

The show is so different from the Comic Strip. I think he’s just kind of running out of steam for the show. Might be good to go back to the Comic for a while and think up some new ideas for the show cuz really the bst shows of this season so far have been the ones with lots of fighting in them instead of humor.
Exactly. It seems like he’s becoming less involved in the show overall. Sure his writing is still there, but it seems like the show is being carried by gimmicks more than anything else. I don’t know, maybe we are looking to much into it.

If anything, the show is probably going to a long hiatus. I say a 5-8 year hiatus. Enough for him to just sit out and get new ideas. The show can only go on for so long with decent/good episodes based off of pop culture.
Naw I think he’s still really involved with the show it’s just he doesn’t have much to comment on and so is just showing off his love for older stuff like Kung Fu movies an shit. Hence the more action oriented season. When he does have something to comment on it tends t be an older issue.
He still got a lot of play though and there is also the Web where he can print anything he likes. There are plenty of avenues for him to get the comic up and running again.
This is my assumption as well. I just hope he fills the haitus with more of the comic strip. He said he wouldn’t put the strip on hold for the show and he did which was dissapointing so i am hoping he goes to back to it when Season 3 is done.
no real money in online comics…people try and try again to make online comics profitable but its such a niche market its impossible. most guys who do online comics and try to make money are guys with a nerd culture fanbase ala megatokyo…whats aaron’s fanbase at the essence…black people and we sure as aignt paying for online comics. some mofo is gonna save every comic and post it in a torrent when aaron trys to trade back all his online stuff.
THere’s not much money in newspaper comics anymore either which is where he started out. All I’m saying is there are lots of avenues for him to get the comic up and rolling again.

It’s a shame that this is his “last” season. In season 4 he could’ve easily made a Karate Kid spoof episode that would make Riley not get his ass handed to him all the time like a little bitch.
