Today should start around 3PM, don’t know if we’ll be able to BBQ as it’s supposed to rain pretty hard. But if we can, you know we will.

Working on a list of stuff I’m gonna ask my suppliers for, I’ll throw it past you guys as well to see what you think.

I do, but I’m trying to teach myself more. But it’s hard to find good examples or explanations on the internet And the books pretty much had the answers I was looking for.

The books are the “Course Technology Beginning Game Programming” series. You can find them on amazon for cheap.
The four I’m using rioght now are
Beginning C++ Through Game Programming Second Edition
Beginning DirectX 10 Game Programming
Beginning Game Programming Third Edition
Advanced 2D Game Development

There’s also books for OpenGL and Java. You’ll find a ton of related books that look the same, but they’re from an older sieries and out of date. Don’t get anything older than 2007
