I don’t like money mixing with games all that much, but in the summer I’d love to do something smallish like $2 tournies (I keep nothing, split amongst top three), we could put the matches up on that justdefend site Raven’s got. Nothing too crazy, but might be something fun once in a while.

I don’t need to make a profit off of a hobby. Plus, people get me dinner all the time, and more importantly help me get better at the games.
I figure I can have 5 fighter cabs at once, and people know my lineup of fighters (MvC2, CvS2, 3S, ST, Alpha 2 US, Gem Fighter, and very soon Guilty Gear XX AC), $2 each game, top three get the normal split (which i think is 70/20/10?). And we can showcase the matches for people to watch, Rugi’s got a cam.
I think it would be fun, and no one would have to shell out door fees. $10 for all 5 games would be pretty cool.
I also have a CRT (27 or 32", can’t remember) TV that I can’t imagine has lag for newer games.
