I’m dieing to play any kind of fighting game right now …uhg T.T
There might be something going down tomorrow…not sure on that though.
I’ve got to help a friend with some cab stuff tomorrow. So I’ll be busy, but I’m down for doing something during the week.
So here’s the lowdown of what happened today:
- Got alpha 2 US
- Got another game that is going to be a blast, but it’s a suprise (and no it’s no CFJ, I always joke about getting that… ain’t getting it, this is much funnier)
- Got the GD-Rom drive for guilty gear
- Got 4 more of those kick ass chairs
- Got to play a Cave shooter I’ve never tried before (AMAZING)
and now here’s what needs to be done:
- My Astro (Ikaruga) mounts JLF’s, not JLW’s… so I ordered a pair. should be here in two days and I’m done with that cab.
- The Naomi Uni (Guilty Gear Cab) works!!!.. but the Control Panel wiring is fucked. It’s gonna take me a little bit to get that going… but the game boots and looks amazing on the VGA monitor. The wiring is such a mess I’ll have to make a new wiring harness from scratch, which is gonna take forever. Also, I have to find a way to mount these damn sticks as the the mounts on the CP are wierd as shit. Gimme another week to add on to this cab. I’ll do what I can in the mean time but I’ll probably need help from my friend who I only get to see once in a blue moon.
So, what day during the week are you peoples free?
Also, my house is now oficially SF4 free… my buddy took my collector’s edition off my hands.
But seriously, it was used once in the past 4 months… and by a SRK member (Forgot who) and not even me… and by him alone… so no complaints.
yeah i stayed up all night yesterday at the palace playing that pos assf4 and the greatest game ever that is cvs2. and crashed hard today. then i woke up feeling like p diddy. i forgot how bad assf4 puts me on tilt. gs on getting rid of yours bobby.
that SRK member must’ve been rugi.
Hopefully i’ll be able to make it up sometime during the week. I’m likin the slightly warmer weather coming this week. plus it’ll be icing if I get my old job back at Best Buy.
Today was pretty chill, I got to see friends I haven’t seen in months so it was great. My friend Jason is amazing with wiring and noticed some grounding issues on one of the astros. He’s gonna give me a hand with the naomi uni’s video control board and wiring.
When you free this week? We gotta practice the mystery game, shit’s amazing.
Alpha 2 is so much goddamn fun, why does 3 feel so incomplete in comparison…
I also want to do something saturday, like our normal get togethers, but I also want to do something during the week, I’m selfish like that.
I personally don’t mind. I’m a class S bum until I get a job so I don’t do anythin but play games all day.
