He’s in whiskey heaven
RIP. He did live an exceptionally long and productive life, and had a massive influence in blues and music in general. Still it is always sad when a legend passes on.
This man was a legend and he will be missed dearly.
who was he singing to
its amazing he lasted as long as he did with such failing health for a long time. he truly needed to live to share his art. the man is an absolute legend, the kind they will talk about for another hundred years and beyond. an artist who was respected by every ethnicity, race, sex and musical genre. damn.
WTF **A murder investigation has been launched into the death of blues legend BB King after two of his daughters claimed he was poisoned. **http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-32881351
Sounds like a money play to me. When you have to fight off 11 other siblings for a piece of the estate, this is the kind of shit people will pull when they don’t have any talent or ability to create their own fortune.
BB King chose to go to hospice instead of surgery, that’s definitely his choice to make and a reasonable one for someone who is 89 years old. There is nothing unusual about an 89 year old dying. This is typical of most families when someone wealthy dies. My grandfather is dying of cancer and everyone is chomping at the bits thinking about how they are gonna get his shit. I had to take my uncle off of his accounts because he was flat out trying to rob him while no one was looking. My pimp hand is too strong to allow such indiscretions to occur.
