Well he’s s little right the NG+ usually stop at +6 or +8. You can keep NG+ing, but the game stops getting harder.

Because you can still NG+ after +8, but nothing will change, the diff will still be set to NG+8 even tho you are technically on NG+9.

With NG+ not adding anything after +8 it’s NOT wrong to say that NG+ stops after +8.
