Winter Lanterns in the Fishing Hamlet go higher than 18%, I believe. I misread your post since you said non-cursed. Highest non-cursed tempering gem is around 21% I believe, yes.
I just got Maria on that Bow Blade build by the way. What a great fight. She whooped my ass tho lol. I think she hits a bit too hard, but over all flawless boss.
That sure sounds a lot more cumbersome than just sitting in a doorway two steps from the lantern and blasting an entire mob with one shot from the Tiny Tonitrus to net 30,000 Echoes lol, Iâll have to try it though.
You back stab the first pig, then run past the second two, but not too fast. If you do it right you can get them to chase you into the group of Yarhnam Shadows and they will fight each other. The Shadows usually manage to kill both pigs, but the pigs tend to take out at least half the shadows either way you end up with a really easy clean up fight. With the Moon Runes stacked you can make like 70k to 80k per run. Itâs a bit more dangerous, but itâs a shit load faster then any other method. Thatâs the farm I did while you waited for me to fight Maria. I was able to buy 30 vials and 40 bullets from just one run and I didnât use a single Moon Rune either.
Huh, interesting! Thatâs good to know. Iâm interested to see how much that method gets you on NG+3, Iâll have to try it out later today. I guess the lecture hall method could still be useful since you can get it so early in the game but otherwise that does look a lot more efficient. Thanks for sharing.
In other news, that delicious goddamn platinum is finally mine.
Honestly the most begrudging part of it was just doing all the crap you had to do to get to Queen Yharnam, lol. She wasnât even that hard. Whirligig Saw absolutely wrecks.
The two underground shark giants in Fishing Hamlet can be cheesed from the tunnel into the room once youâve done the runaround to the Orphanâs boss fog. I am not ashamed to say that I did that⌠Though I probably wouldâve used a Bone Blade if Iâd thought of that first.
They ARE some of the hardest enemies in the game, but itâs mainly because 1) they hit like bullet trains and 2) theyâre designed to trip you up. The anchor ones in particular have some REALLY delayed attacks that take some time getting used to dodging.
The main reason why I cheesed the well fight with the two of them, though? Those long, swimming/thrashing lunges. If either one of those two have line of sight to you in that area, they can get to you crazy-fast.
