Finally got my platinum. First one I’ve ever gotten actually.
Defiled Pthumerian CD was by far the hardest part. Ihyll was actually fairly easy. Only died to Queen Yharnam once.

It must have basically included the entire dlc and when you buy it it unlocks.
Nah, patch 1.08 was also 10 GBs. I had beaten the DLC prior to dl’ing 1.09
Cleric Beast has a lot of health on NG+. I had thought I would push his shit in but I had to sit there and spam R1 for a while with a fully decked out +10 Whip + Paper Fire. I beat El Padre Gascoigne first run. Reading his movements his is so easy now compared to when I started.
I bought a Blood Rock to fully upgrade my Evelyn Lin
Fucking around with the Whirligig Saw, this thing is too much fun. The L2 cut the grass move is hilarious. I’m dumping a shitload into stamina currently just so I can hold that move as long as possible.
I think they nerfed the whirly saw.
Well I snagged the patch this morning before really trying it out, so I have little comparison to the old one. I’ve just been using the Resonant Bell and wrecking bosses with it today. I’m having too much fun solely using the L2 attack as an assist in these encounters.
Reddit mentioned that the L2 on the Whirligig Saw had its hit stun reduced.
I tried to use it on the Headless Bloodletting Beast yesterday and it didn’t seem as effective as it did in the videos I’ve watched. Still did a fair amount of damage but didn’t seem to stun lock it near as much.
I’m definitely using the nerfed version as Blood Rocks are now available to purchase. I just downed Ludwig with very little effort, and I’m not exactly efficient in that fight yet. I took his back twice with a pretty solid L2 window and before I knew it phase 2 started. Once it did I landed a decent L2 pass on him followed by a single R1 swipe which activated a visceral attack, he was down to about 1/4 at this point. I don’t even have decent gems in it yet, but for PvE this thing is an absolute beast. I might make one more build to tap it’s arcane scaling next.

I’ve been doing NG+ and have been breezing though the game. I killed Waifu Amelia on the first go. I kinda cheated using a NPC to distract her while I mash R1 behind her. Fap and tap.
Good god I should not have started this DLC on NG+ 3.

I’ve been going through NG+ really quickly and I’m about to go into Byrgenwerth but I’m dreading it. I hate those brainsuckers though I’ve already spent all my insight on that Blood Rock anyway.
