Bleach Thread 5.0 - MANGA IS FINISHED! Announcement is a Bleach live action movie lmao

obviously Goku comes down from the Kai kingdom and ends everything via spirit bomb

Can’t wait till Yamma gets son’d.

Damn, Old Man Yama got a Edo Tensei in a pocket.

Old man got ahold Dark fucking Phoenix

Except he CAN control it.

Not really since SS will burn to ashes if he stays like that for too long, lol.

North - a condom. So he can bring the rape.

I’m thinking the North ability is going to be some kind of revival ability. Juha or the other dude will do something to kill off CC, then he’ll just come back to life.

That, or everything gets blown up. :coffee:

The South ability is broken. He can essentially kill off whoever he wants only to have them under his control later on.

give it time…he’s gonna sacrifice 5 more octupuses before this fight is done.

old man has summoned DEATH.

(Oh, okay. So Kubo at least somewhat addressed the convection and light issues. I’m kinda shocked, really. But then he just had to do something even dumber…)

What the actual fuck. I’m not surprised that “compass” has other “directions”, really.

I’m more befuddled how the very concept of this attack goes against the very foundation of being a shinigami; the fact that it just even more tacked due to being pretty much entirely unrelated to fire control doesn’t help. I mean, I know Kubo’s reality rules are…lax at best, but this goes against one of the few stable ones: Shinigami exist to help the cycle of resurrection. Aside from letting Uryuu’s ass still run around because he’s nigh-useless, they got of the Quincy specifically because they destroy souls and fuck up that cycle; this is ignoring the fact that Uryuu still has been capable of outright obliterating souls by the hundreds given he’s destroyed Menos Grande…

So, wouldn’t resurrecting a shitload of undead that you’ve killed over millenia be almost just as bad, especially if they’ve been in Limbo all this time? Then again, this would hardly be the first time that Soul Society has shown itself to be morally gray (at best) and hypocritical and I honestly doubt that Kubo’s thought that far either way.

(Ironically, this would be a valid explanation just by itself of why Yamamoto is so damn reluctant to curbstomp everyone if he’s so stupidly overpowered, though again, I highly doubt Kubo’s thought that far.)

Plus, even as much I rolled my eyes, this chapter did look kinda cool, so it at least lived up to Bleach’s “flash over substance” aspect instead of being one of those too-frequent chapters where we get even more empty space and inaction than usual.

Anything that reminds people of Ehrgeiz tends to do that.

It just shows that Yamamoto’s going all out even further, especially since he’s talking so much.

I mean, how much does it show he doesn’t give a fuck when right after Bach reveals he’s a Paladin, Yamamoto reveals he randomly knows Necromancy and basically begs him to try to use “Turn Undead” 10 trillion times?

It’s probably just going to be a supernova or some self-destruct technique if he gets to show it off at all like how people have said already since already know he’s going to lose this somehow due to both Shonen manga conventions and the way that Bleach has always been.

Then again, given how random South was, for all we know, North could be a nude, long-haired Aizen descending from the sky on a clamshell on some “Birth of Venus” shit with Kyouka Suigetsu to cover his genitals:

Aizen: hair flutters in the wind "Yo."
Bach: "The hell!?"
Yamamoto: "I suppose it’s time I stop fooling around and reveal that that Aizen has been an aspect of my Bankai that I let roam free this entire time."
Bach: "…What."
Yamamoto: shrugs “I was bored. You know how boring things get when no one can give you a good challenge for centuries. Well, you don’t, but…”

so yama-ji now summons 1,000,000,000 souls, i wonder if that quincy spell is at least +5 on hit, because if it has cooldown or something, hes pretty much fucked :D, pls Kubo-san keep ichigo in cage, so everyone can see how useless Ichigo actually is.

So wtf do they need a Royal Guard for when they’ve got this guy guarding the gate?

Nothing noteworthy will happen from this summoning. We’ve seen this before in these types of manga. Attacking the enemy in numbers is never a good idea, those zombies are just there to extend the fight and waste a couple more weeks of time.

It means he doesn’t have to deal with that stupid protection spell and they’ll take the brunt. They’ll serve their purpose.

Alucard’s familiars in Hellsing were pretty serious. But, I guess all they really did was move the story along by canceling the other force’s numbers.

I wonder if Kubo is troll enough to have Yama pull out Zanka no Tachi NE, SE, NW, SW.

I’d fucking die if he did.

I really feel that people don’t give kubo enough credit, if we think about how the sun has been portrayed on different cultures as a deity that rules over the life and dead it actually makes sense that he can control some aspect of dead with his bankai, and i know that you are saying it in light manner, but actually if his zanpakuto really devours the souls of the people that he kill with (assuming that is something like that) it puts in a different light why he has been so reluctant on fighting before. Hell, it would be interesting if all the Zanpakutos evolve into something like that with time, that would explain why all the older Captains never use their bankais if somehow they share similarities where they no longer purify the souls but devour them, it would make the rescent of the quincies even more justified

Like i have said before, sometimes it seems that i am the only one that enjoys bleach and naruto without any type of complaint

RETS GO GENRYUSAI!

“SO GODLIKE! SO GODLIKE!” - DOGFACE

(You can literally tie anything into a “Sun” theme though, if that’s the case. Even the Phoenix only resurrects itself.)

Incidentally, there’s still a difference between being tied to “life and death” and summoning zombies or skeletons, especially “undead” kinda falls into neither of those areas by definition.

Dude. It’s not like I said that it’s impossible for Kubo to have thought ahead or be making a “Fridge Brillance” call back; it’s just that I very much doubt he did on purpose. Given how much he’s ass-pulled before or just not explained or, worse, actively contradicted, everyone should be wary when it seems like he like he might have actually planned something.

Unless Unohana or one of the other two whip out a “soul-eating” Bankai later, then I’m just going to chalk it up to coincidental. Hell, even if I do, I might still chalk it up as coincidental given that Kubo might just think it’s “cool” and no longer care about the “cleansing” aspect due to Uryuu’s aforementioned actions and literally no one saying anything about them despite knowing what his powers do.

Besides, there’s nothing to stop Yamamoto (or the other “Big Three”) from just using the criminally underused Kido (or Hadou) spells if that’s the case, especially if everyone Yamamoto has ever killed with his sword becomes a “victim” and he has been actively aware of this for at least a while.

I wasn’t aware you were secretly Rodimus in disguise.

So noted.

See, no one gives kubo credit, you already said it, you prefer to think that everything that he did is an asspull, so far the only real problem that i have seen with bleach, is that he so far has not explained a lot of the stuff happening on his world which i don’t really care tbh, but i can understand that some people couldn’t like that.

If you mean in this fight against the quincies, remember that they can dispell it.
