Ishida could be (loosely) considered a mage since his only method of attack is condensed reiatsu.

Ichigo’s more a Paladin if you wanna count his “magic” skill. Chad could kinda be a Monk/Preist, I suppose by the unarmed combat with some projectile skill thing. Good thing Orihime is SOLID in her class. White Mage. NOTHING ELSE. Her only attack is little insect homie, and he’s been slapped up and out so many times that she wouldn’t even use that shit anymore.
