I’m not. I love the guy but he’s overrated to shit. The real Kenpachi didn’t even get a fucking chance to shine before she bit the bullet with, I still stand by this, the best goddamn bankai in the entire series. Can you imagine the total shitshow this would become if she were allowed to use that Raiders of the Lost Ark banakai with prejudice? Motherfuckers be all like this:
Actually, that’s pretty much my reason for being done if he gets captured. We lost one of the coolest bankais for him to get his powerup. If anything stupid happens to him at this point then the training would have all been a waste.

After this chapter, it sounds as though what Juha wants ISN’T personal with Shinigami - he merely needs to feed - so the whole ‘War Potential’ thing is more than likely tied to “People who can either kill strong opponents tasty such as Ichigo” or “People who could kill ALOT of stuff to help satiate his hunger” like Kenpachi. It more than likely is EXACTLY as it’s name reads - potential for war - which is what Juha wants…cause he’s a glutton.
More food for thought. To kill Juha for good, you’d have to kill EVERYONE who has his marking on their soul, THEN kill him. Otherwise, he would simply ‘come back’. He more than likely wanted to capture *damn its been so long I forgot her name…Shark-Chick…to help with essentially creating war. I wouldn’t be surprised if after this ‘raid’, they send masses of Hollows to Seiretti since he has his ‘markings’ interesting though all over the place.

That war potential stuff is becoming quite clear. He needs those folks to basically start offing quincies so he can reap the benefits.
I wonder if this means, there is some rule where he isn’t allowed to kill them himself? If the war with soul society is really just a ploy to get more “souls”. Couldn’t he just have beat everyone himself?
This is the first time I’m actually buying the whole quincy extermination thing. But it seems alittle backwards? So… If soul society wanted to get rid of him, wouldn’t killing all the quincies make him ridiculously strong? But then why did he go into a 1000 year hibernation?
Last point. I’m calling it here… Everyone is about to be revived. If he gains his power from souls of the Dead, somebody is gonna revive everybody as to take his power away from him.
So Juha is going to get everyone’s powers and become Bleach’s Super Perfect Cell?

Well i’m assuming he wasn’t at full power. Along with that, if he killed them beforehand, pretty sure he’d be weaker since you know…he’s losing power over time. I’m just guessing. If he gets too weak, I don’t think you’d want to waste your strength on weaklings with no profitable return or on stronger enemies wasting more of the little strength he has left. So what do you do?
Keep some punks around to do your dirty work, mark em, they get stronger. If they kill constantly, he reaps the benefits on what he’s “marked”. If the current peons “marked” die, still reap the benefits but even greater and still get benefits from the weaklings the ones alive kill.

That actually makes everything make perfect sense. The whole 900, 90, 9 thing…when was the actual attempt at extinguishing the Quincies? I’d imagine that the killing off of Quincies it what gave him back ‘all those elements over time’, each one’s death adding to his strength.

If Juha starts doing Stars wrestling moves…i would like to see him put on a mask or elbow drop someone. Thru a table. On top of a steel cage.
That means they have to kill Ichigo and Uryuu? There’s is probably some bullshit loophole to all of this that Juha intentionally keeps hidden for his benefit.
I think he’s just almost like a natural phenomenon that just happens every 1000 years. He feeds, hibernates, and then after another 1000 years he feeds again.
I mean being a Shonen and all they will end Juha eventually. The consequences for leaving Juha alone is devastating, but at least it won’t happen again until 1000 years pass.
All these Quincies and I don’t remember the last time one of them shot an arrow.
The only arrows I know are in Starling City
