I’m probably (re)stating the obvious, but I think it’s pretty safe bet that 4 of the 5 “secret weapons” are Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, and probably Ishida. The fifth is a mystery worth some speculation.
Assuming Ishida is one of the 5 (been watching Battlestar lately Kubo?) Then the 5th could be Ichigo’s Dad, but I think it’s likely a human which suggests Tatsuki or one of Ichigo’s sisters (or both of them if Ishida sides with the Quincys).
As for Ishida’s jobbing, I can see two explanations - first that he is hiding his powers - which is why I said ‘probably’ above, he could end up flipping sides for awhile until Orihime talks him back via friendship&love, or it may be that Ishida isn’t getting fully trained by his father or is missing something (acceptance of friendship&love/something to fight for) and that’s why he’s weaker than he’s supposed to be.
As for the Ultimate Quincy transformation, WTF Kubo. Ease off on the amphetamines.
lol at Kubo making a move that was so powerful it could defeat a captain(see Uryu versus Mayuri) a move that is necessary to even compete with the shinigami…
So these dudes managed to master a technique that allows them to go SSJ without losing all of their powers afterward… figures…

New chapter was aight. Was hoping that it would delve into what happened 1000 years ago, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, since Kubo has occasionally shifted the focus from a very critical reveal to a different scene in between chapters.
Also, remember when I said Ginjo had a scary rape face? Well, I think Sensui’s is better. Very fucking creepy IMO.

This chapter was aight, nothing spectacular but ok. I forgot all about that creepy giant Man-Beast thing that bodied the fucking brakes out of all the VCs in FKT. Then Old man Yama comes in and slices through that ass like nothing lol.
Oh hey look it is that thing that Old as Dirt (aka Commander Yammamto)killed in like 3 seconds. I’m sure that will be helpful…
Not saying aion or whatever is going to do something… but you guys do realize everyone isn’t as strong as old Yama right?? Yea he killed him in like three panels…but, we really don’t know where he stands in terms of power. Just that aion>>VC at least.
