If you look in the panel where they are pushing him back away from the video screen you can see Grimmjow’s arm, pretty obvious without it but he’s the only Espada who had a mid sleeve with a black cuff on it like that, so hooray for super confirmation.

No, the guy who turned his bookmark into a sword and manipulated the memories of people. His name escapes me because that arc was pretty forgettable. lol At the end of the arc, he was being carried off by his mistreated subordinate with the brass knuckles. Kubo might have implied he died at that point but that would be contradictory to what the scene was trying to convey.
