Yep, which shows that Ichigo’s always ‘on’ shikai, might not really be his shikai after all seeing as ‘what’ he is…its quiet possible and easily comprehensible for him to have another tier sword, or to not actually b using his sword right…
Lol, as soon as Aizen gets to SS, I’d just wreck the Towers keeping the real one in SS, bringing it back to the real world. Then Aizen would be confused as hell when he can’t find it.

Aizen never had Bankai…it was an illusion which would explain why he’s gaining all these powerups…that or (the more logical route) Kubo forgot who he gave bankai to hence why we don’t see anyone else’s.
The last bankai we’ve seen from the good guys were Kensei’s and Kubo cut the scene off him quick. Honestly, Aizen wouldn’t stand a chance if they ALL used their bankai on him.
Aizen is so powerful he doesn’t need bankai. Is Mystic Gohan with better conditioner.

Anyway, Unreallystic, it’s rather telling that this manga is so boring and trite that even if it’s free and takes 5 minutes at most it’s still a waste of time.
If I just wanted to see a list of cliches with little to no coherent action happening, then I’d just read TVTropes since that’s WAY more entertaining than Bleach.
I’m pretty BlackShinobi’s assessment from months ago was correct: Kubo literally only thought of Bankai’s within the Social Society arc. Otherwise so many people’s shikai wouldn’t be so goddamned broken that the only Bankai after the SS arc (that’s literally half a decade old) that we actually saw on screen before Gin’s a couple of chapters ago, Soi Fon’s, was technically weaker than her shikai.
Gin’s fits the mold of “bigger and better”, but then everyone bitched that it was impressive and it’s not exactly original even though Kubo looks like he put a bit of thought into by focusing on its power being its speed rather than “it slices, it dices!”
On the flip side, if you’re going to assume that everyone else has Bankai, then why are you talking like Aizen wouldn’t just respond with Bankai?

We’re due for another coloured cover spread. I’m interested to see what fashions Kubo has designed for the summer season.
So it looks like Ichigo is going to chase Aizen into SS and go super saiyan on his ass while they duke it out.
Kubo probably came up with all these characters so he could have like an in built filler to keep the series moving as slowly as possible. Why did Urahara, Yoruichi and Isshin even show up?
I can imagine all the characters picking up their checks with their time cards saying how many chapters they kept the plot on hold with Renji being employee of the month.
I know Aizen would respond with his own bankai (which is what I want), but even he wouldn’t be able to defeat multiple, powerful bankai with just his own at once. The goal is to defeat Aizen (even if takes everything you have) and that was the point I was trying to make. The good guys failed in that department.
you have to assume that aside from kenpachi that all of the other captains have a bankai since thats one of the requirements of being a captain in the first place.

Bankai doesn’t even mean much anymore just like having both shinigame and hollow powers no longer puts you on a much higher level. During SS arc those who had bankai were on a completely other level and that everyone was supposed to stay away from them at all costs. I remember when Yoruichi made Ichigo look retarded and told him a bankai was a must to fight against a bankai. Now a bankai doesn’t even mean that much and you got random broken shikais left and right. Hey, you’re the number one espada and you got both shinigame and hollow powers right? Let’s play a game. Guess the wrong color you die. Seriously, who cares about bankai now. The fight is still dragging on, I was hoping to see a lightning storm ([media=youtube]AZOoDDc5SzQ[/media]) by now from Ukitake’s bankai or something and he jobbed like it’s WWE.
Meh I’m still back on last month, but Yoruichi as Cammy is awesome, she’s black right?
Also Yammy is definitely alive. Just all cut up.
