It’s basically Yuzu’s behavior since the time skip. Wanting Ichigo’s compliments constantly, accusing him of looking up her skirt (which he obviously wasn’t), and Karin calling her out about treating Ichigo “like he was an anime character” (aka where most of that stuff is considered normal). It makes it seem like she’s attracted to him instead of treating him as a sibling.

Oh. That’s what I thought.

…And yet it doesn’t make it any less squicky.
