Not bad…
Arcsys stated the only reason CP wasn’t on 360 was because the DVD storage space was too small and they didn’t wanna put it on 2 discs. Good bet next version of Xrd will come out for it too
XBone getting any ASW fighter at all is a total shock, since like XBox systems in Japan are immensely less popular and die out in popularity quickly. So, I’d have guessed that that, and the XBone being pretty shitty, would mean no ports there. Hell, there’s not even going to be SFV on it.
Maybe, just maybe, the sales on Xbox have NEVER BEEN TRIVIAL even though they are negligible in Japan? Let’s face it folks, these games aren’t multi-million sellers, so if you move 100k copies on 360, or Xbone, or whatever, worldwide, you’re paying for the port and then some.
can’t lie, that design looks sick…
It’s okay, I guess. I’ve never really been a fan of the “take a bunch of character art from the game, arrange it into a collage, and paste it onto a stick” art style.
I’d buy it, but I like my arcade sticks to have 8 buttons instead of 6.
what fighting game needs more than six buttons anyway
I prefer six buttons instead of eight because I don’t like accidentally hitting unassigned buttons, and with an arcade stick there’s not much use for macro assignments like A+B+C when you can hit those three face buttons at once. I understand that they’re there for beginners or lazy players though.
I like the extra two buttons to do things outside of matches, like navigating menus, chatting, and Record/Replay in training mode. Not having them there to do those things is pretty annoying.
I use the extra buttons as feints to press loudly at tournaments. :3
BB is weird, because there are like three “buttons” (Commands?) that don’t map to ANYTHING naturally that are only used in training mode and on menus and stuff. They don’t need to be big ol’ “face buttons” though.
That said, I don’t really care how many buttons my stick has. I don’t even really need 6 most of the time, since I’ve basically decided that any game with more buttons than I have fingers has too many buttons. 8 button sticks do have the advantage of allowing more potential button configurations though - you can’t play an oldschool four-in-row- configuation on a 6 button stick.
Yeah, it’s weird because even with my complaints, I don’t usually use the far right 2 buttons either. I’ll have ABCD in like a box, and then use the ones next to those for Burst and Rapid-ing, and that’ll usually be it.
The two BlazBlue Manga characters, Mai Natsume and Cajun Faycott will only appear in BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma EXTEND’s Story, but not playable characters.
Also, BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma EXTEND will be released in Japan in April 23, 2015!
Don’t ask me about Mai and Cajun, because I don’t know these characters and I didn’t know the BlazBlue manga existed.
The girl on the left is Cajun Faycott and the girl on the right is Mai Natsume.
The manga looks like ecchi garbage.
At least Mai uses a katana, so I’m looking forward to her in that regard. Hopefully she isn’t too annoying.
Bad news, BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma didn’t make it to the EVO 2015 lineup.
Somebody should set up the side tournament for that game.
BBCP’s Top 8 last year let us get 2 Airdashers in EVO this year. This is the first time something like this has happened, we gotta make sure they don’t regret putting 2 games in, so that maybe we can get Blazblue back next year.
