No I think he was complaining that she WAS nerfed, which seems a little silly since I don’t think anyone has anything approaching a good idea of what she does yet.
Yeah, that makes sense. Though, from what I’ve seen so far, I can actually see people having opinions on both sides of the fence over different things.
He wasn’t even really complg she was nerfed, just wondering if she can still do a few tricks.

Well. Yeah.
CP is looking amazing right now. I’m digging how EVERY character is looking strong right now. Some look a little stronger than the others (Hazama the nerf dodger) But overall is looks amazing. Bullet looks boring as dicks and the typical Ragna / Haku / Jin players are all I see on stream. But other than that. Perfection.

I’m just gonna say, the Noel stuff I’ve been seeing has been blowing my mind. That Black Noel I’ve seen on Jourdal’s channel that is/isn’t/may or may not be R-1 has a bunch of cool stuff he pulled off on a weekend tournament a bit back.
Bang is shaping up to be one of the best rushdown characters again. He’s looking ridiculously good now.

I have barely seen any Bang at all, and what I have seen has not impressed.
Then I read that Dora says CP Bang >>>>> EX Bang.
Then I read that “Dora’s twitter is saying… something about learning µ. And that bang sucks.”
I got nothin’.
He doesn’t believe Bang can win any Major competitions. So he is learning Mu. Although he said nothing about dropping him, so I hold on hope.
His midscreen damage got a magnificent buff due to double relaunches. And he can still nab nearly 5K from a 5B starter in the corner. His carry is a lot better etc. He is more of less Extend Bang with stronger midscreen.
So what we get from this is that Dora essentially thinks CSX Bang was ridiculously ass?
CSE Bang was incredibly good. One of the strongest in the game no doubt. It’s just in CP he is a ton stronger mainly because of the nerfs everyone else suffered. He still has his damage, his mixup and now better and his new distortion is ridiculously amazingly insanely good.

From what I’m seeing, he still looks like he’s going to be a hell of a tough matchup for Noel, if that helps any.
You’re going to have to forgive me for being a logical pedant here, but:
IF CSE Bang was “incredibly good” (Note: I don’t really see evidence for this in how the character has actually performed throughout Extend’s life, but whatever)
AND
CP Bang is "buffed"
THEN
How in holy hell do you get a character who “can’t win any major competitions”?
It just doesn’t add up.
Tager is looking… good, for the moment, but examining Tager at this stage is pretty much a waste of time because he ALWAYS looks good for the first couple of weeks just due to how the character works, but he tends to sink over time as people figure out how to play the other characters/fight against him. It remains perfectly unclear whether he’s any better than he was in Extend. The problem, to me, is that they need to FIX Magnetism (which I don’t believe they have) so that it works more consistently against certain characters. It’s moronic that Litchi is immune to magnetism while doing Itsuu, and it probably needs to pull harder so that it’s meaningful against Hazama/Valk/Tao/Arakune. And I don’t think they’ve done that, so any other changes are just likely to make fighting Tager suck more for characters that CAN’T just run around and go “Whee, you can’t catch me, neener neener.” while not doing anything for the matches that Tager sucks in. i.e. it will make the game less fun for people who play characters that are already non-bad matchups for Tager, without making the game any more fun for Tager players because they will still have those salty tears matches.
