setup. Feels much more comfortable and simple, a quick progression along my fingers for each button. I dont have to spam drive or anything so I’m perfectly fine using my ring finger for pressing it.
I’m a little individual. I use:

I will be using D A B C once I get my stick ^o^

I like the B setup because it allows me to hit throw to break them on reaction quickly and barrier gaurding without hitting a dead button my accident on my TE stick.
I used to play a lot of Melty Blood, so A feels more natural to me.

I have it as arcade B but with taunt assigned so.

No double binds or anything because I have enough accidental bursts or barriers insetead of specials as a newb without having to worry about setting more off by brushing just one button.
I play on a pad so i just use the default config. It’s just like arcana heart 2 and I play rachel so it feels natural to me since wind is similar to homing.

I have Taunt first row bound because I main Taokaka.
I might end up using the bottom middle buttons for something but in general I like to keep those clear. I also might end up switching Taunt and Rapid Cancel… BUT THE GAME IS NEW! So we shall see.

V-13 is stupid.
Anyway, I personally use the “A” setup. I’ve never heard of the “B” setup before. Everyone I play with uses the A config. I got used to it easily because I play Tatsunoko vs. Capcom so I’m used to doing A, B, C combos. The B config would just piss me off and make me feel like killing myself, lol.
Whats the default layout? BTW I just got the game yesterday at around 5 and it’s badass i played for about 10 hours.haha.
