Dude most of us are like day 1 or 2 with hardly any fucking skills, personally I barely have a clue how this plays later on.
I right click and my character attacks and builds up orbs I left click and do a stronger attack which uses the orbs and press tab to do an aoe.
You get skills on a bar that you can do on a cooldown and you can stamp on downed opponents.
Dont have a clue about anything else though as you can’t invest in more skills until quest chapter 17.
They don’t look that bad lol

I honestly don’t know what to compare it to. It’s an action-based MMO. You have skills on a hotbar that cost resources(Focus) to use and then go on cooldown, then you have your auto attacks on the mouse buttons. You string these together to perform combos, and you get prompts to perform certain actions depending on what’s going on. Your attacks can actually change to completely different ones or gain added affects when used in combos.
For example, the Assassin has a dash that tracks the enemy. It’s a regular gap-closer if done from anywhere but behind. When you do it from behind, you enter a stealth mode where you can’t be detected/seen. Stealth mode allows my mouse button combo to stun, and I can hit Tab when they’re stunned to launch them into the air. At that point, the mouse button combo changes to a flurry of air attacks followed by an izuna drop that puts the enemy in a knockdown state. Since they’re knocked down, tab changes to another attack specifically for that moment.
Other players can jump in at any moment of that combo, too. Like, I can launch them and you can go in for the air follow up. There are joint attacks, too, which are pretty much combination attacks between multiple players. Don’t know much about those yet.
The combat is amazing.
I’m assuming each class is different, but for blade master, you can block an attack and then instantly go into a strong move with no startup as a counter. You can also jump and glide in the air lol. #day1

Meant I had to start over but I don’t give a fuck was only level 7.
Tera was a mmo where you had to aim your attacks and actually dodge enemy attacks and all that shit. Was so damn fun, but took them too long to get end game content and also the game was poorly optimized which led to people leaving and the game turning to F2P. Tera had the most fun Archer ever. Charging arrow shots just felt so right.
Are there archers in BnS? Man I really want to play this, but at the same time I don’t. Gonna consume too much time lol. Plus SF5 is right around the corner, just need to keep myself occupied for less than a month…
