i did that for a while to fluff up my ratio to near poweruser level.
also there are the SP points, where as long as the seeder to leecher ratio is 20:1 you accumulate points per hour and when you meet the quota, which is variant on the torrent. it bumps the torrent ratio up to 1.0, although you probably knew this already

Blackcats just changed their user rankings so a lot of people are going to get demoted from Power Users to just regular users. Looks like invites are going to get harder to come by.

Hi there! I realise I’ve just signed up and it seems a bit cheeky to ask for one but black cats has caused me an enormous amount of problems. I first of all had an account that was deleted due to the site changing, then another due to a short period of inactivity, and then I signed up and was immediately not recognised as even having created an account (this was a while back). I’ve read in this topic it’s something to do with cookies, yet my browser is set to accept all cookies… :S
Now every day for probably a month I have tried to signup but had no success, just getting the ‘wait for more accounts to be purged’ message. I’m literally at my wits end so I’d be extremely grateful if you could send me one. Thanks.
