Fried chicken is good when done right. I went to Jamaica and had some awesome Jamaican take out stuff. And it was cheap as hell too! Leg, thigh, and wing for $3!!!

Everyone likes fried chicken. For most of us black folk, we grew up eating stuff like grits and greens and fried chicken so in addition to it being a tasty ass meal, it’s also a kind of comfort food.
It’s the same reason everyone says Asians love rice. Everyone like rice, but Asians just eat it more as a staple of their daily meals.

Tbh i don’t really care for fried chicken. All i’ve ever had is KFC and i think it’s kinda too greasy and not very enjoyable. I’m a cracker ass Englishman though, so cleary i should just drink tea and STFU.

Well there’s your problem, KFC is C- tier, only to be eaten when your starving.
It seems to me that a lot of peoples’ only exposure to fried chicken is KFC. Nothing KFC makes will ever, EVER, top homemade fried chicken. The difference is night and day between how good well made homemade fried chicken is and the stuff that you get at most places.
It’s healthy and provides a lot of my daily nutrients.
