Greetings everyone.

I’m a current Conestoga student, who is trying to get some FG’s (mainly AE:2012 and UMvC3) into the campus gamers club.

Today I had met and talked to the president of the club about setting up a casual night here on campus, and he had mentioned that someone from the Autoshop had approached him about doing something similar. Also I briefly chatted with someone from the 'Shop last Saturday at the Underdogs tourney at A&C, but it was not in regards to this.

As it stands now we are looking on setting up a casual night on campus on Friday nights from like 5:30-10pm as to not interfere with your casuals. The crowd out here looks like most very new players who are interested in the scene, and I saw this as a good opportunity to expand the FG community in this area, and possibly teach some new players.

If you guys have any interest in helping me out please let me know and maybe we can work together on this especially if I can generate any interest for this here on campus. I’m looking to set up the first night in a few weeks so I can get whatever resources I can together and get a bit of press out for this on campus.

As far as i know, doon campus. Ran into the campus gamer president in the hall today, he mentioned that someone had been looking to start up a fighting game night. I was the one who brought a couple set-ups to the last gathering they had on behalf of the autoshop, and will likely be attending this next one. As for support from the autoshop, you’ll have to talk to gsxtacy or Gary N.

Doon Campus.

The only thing I would need in terms if ‘support’ would be a set up or two if anyone from the shop came, there are a bunch of TV’s that we can use on campus I was told, and I was planning on brining one as well with my set up. Just wanted to spread the word if anyone in the thread would be interested in coming out.
