ooo skulldivers on balrog is a guessin game… watch how puerto rico cr. fierce the first diver and gets punished with an empty skulldiver with a grab… so Puerto rico ended up trying to block it the rest of the matches. Since hugo mixed it up between normal and ex version Puertorico either got hit high by the 2nd hit of the skull diver cause he proceeded to block low thinking the skull diver was only one hit, or he got hit with a low because he thought he was suppose to block 2 hits of an ex version… Socal is filled with alot of really good balrogs so i expected hugo to do well

Cr.hp = free throw after headstomp.PR rog atleast at final round had a bad habit of ex rush punching jumpins which with Bison is a bad idea because of his far reaching normals you can catch rog while rushing away sometimes with penalty. Kudos to Hugo and Andy you guys did amazing at WCW.

yup the trade still links, it’s because it usually trades with a cr.short whose hitstun is < than st.close fierce on counterhit. i dont think you can follow it up if it isn’t a counter hit though, not sure though.
How do you group Free1up with Kuma and TUC? Free1up is ass in comparison.
Shit just got real in here. I haven’t seen a lot of FREE1UP matches but I do occasionally see him getting 7-3’d or 8-2’d by PIKACHUAKUMA on YouTube.
