Yeah most likely there will be 2 available for free play. Maybe only 1 if MvC3 or Mk9 gets a large amount of entrants.
The same will apply when the SF4 tourney is happening, a select few stations will be available for casuals MvC3 play and Mk9 play, if the demand arises.
During tournament though there will be no casual stations for whatever game is being played.

Also, cool poster. I booked off work for the tourny, so I should be there. I have no idea what character I’m going to play when AE hits since my best characters are getting nerfed a lot… Probably just be there for the lulz.

Pretty much any game that is considered good on the DC, I want to get at some point. A couple of these I would buy on the spot, but most would depend on the price. If you have a list of what you’ve got, I’d definitely like to see it. It is kind of a collection thing for me though, so I only buy games if they are complete with case and manual.
To keep this post somewhat tournament related then… Is anyone bringing any non listed games to play casuals on? I kinda want to try BlazBlue some time.

To Directors Of Event: Please be aware that using 360 for Mortal Kombat is not ideal. The main reason is that the patches do not work offline. There have been 3 patches so far with one more coming next week. It is a 360 issue where the patches do not get installed in the HD of the system. This means that balance patches for many characters are non-existent. Please consider the tournament to be in PS3 where patches work offline. If you need a PS3, I can bring my system with the game.

Thanks for the concern russell. We are aware of this issue and all xbox’s that are being used for mk will be brought online and then kept on to ensure the patches work. Also, it is my understanding that today’s patch will encompass every tweak from the games launch till now and will work offline.
