gg’s last night Grouchy!!! I stuck around long enough to see you finally beast that Gief (ask my buddies who were here, we was cheering you on). No need to panick around high number giefs. Took you awhile to figure out you need a different gameplan vs a Zangief player. I know tons of Bisons that know combos inside and out, but can’t do mindgames well or handle grapplers.
I’m still pissed my fucking Hawk kept losing to him at the end though

this!!! It’s endless battle, have fun with it. Hell, I beat some 5k Ryu the other day with my untouched Rufus lol.
And grouchy, dont worry about giefs. I used to do that with Chun Li’s, and I would lose before the match even started. For the most part, I fight most characters the same way. But with Gief, you have to learn the distances he can kara throw/360 you, and avoid those. Also watch how the gief starts a round. Some giefs jump headbutt in case you DR or HS at round start (this is when you start your round with a PC), some just walk backwards (this is when you DR or HS). Also, go for TONS more chip damage. HS and DR more than you normally would. Gief’s tend to go for SPD’s after a max distance blocked slide, which allows you to ultra, or ex PC/SK.
Also, just remember that badass victory I got to watch before I tapped out the other night.
