I haven’t played it in ages, but Brutal: Paws of Fury is bound to have a bird character.
Last one: the indian in Tattoo Assassins can summon a bird that takes a shit on you and you melt away.

There are lots of Birds in TvC. Jun the Swan and Ken the Eagle…with Joe Condor soon to be revealed in the US version! Not only that, but Karas is japanese for Crow, etc etc.

I just read the list. MegaMan does not transform into a bird, his bird Beat takes steroids, therefore allowing MegaMan to sit in him. I guess robot birds don’t just help you by pulling you out of pits.
