That game had netplay right? Did anyone try it out?
Sounds awfully like BBB.
Never understand how to use it and i even got basic-to-medium knowledge of Japanese…
Well, if nothing else, the animation should all make sense.
Whoa.
Haha, yeah. I’m not sure if I’d like to see the sprites of the likes Silvio, Nobuko and Folo with their somewhat decently animated into cardboard cutout moves and retarded stances anymore.
Nice catching that SFIV poverty bit too. When was it one, anyway?
I was waiting for someone to catch that.
Kinda. The game was drastically changed in the last patch, by and large not for the better. My char became top tier and I still hated it.
Incidentally, I’m hoping for big things from this game, but the google translation of the page is not helping. The first line is “Unfortunately the failing hard information.”
This is not a good omen.
Hope it’s better than the first. Game got broken after a while.a
I liked the demo
THAT’S not good…
v 1.01, the patch that added the ability to select secret characters among other things.
I can select those characters in my unpatched game.
It’s the only patch where the balance changes made the game better.
If the “among other things” is worth it then yes. I was quite serious about the demo btw, its a lot faster than the final product.
Seriously, the break-neck speed of the demo was one of the things that attracted me to the game. Then they slowed it down for whatever reason.
The thing I remember most about the demo was the bugged character select screen. I forget exactly how, but it was actually possible to select the other characters, only they were totally invisible and thus unplayable. Weird bug.
edit: now i think about it i think it was caused by updating the demo with a patch meant for the full game.
see wut i want to know what the hell make mvc2 not doujin fighter that game need to be fixs bad!!!
What??
I mean, despite that you obviously don’t know what doujin means, I’ll give you a serious answer. It’s because MvC2 was made by Capcom and not some small group of indie developers in Japan.
