I was reading how SRK Secret Santa 2009 went bad.
Late gifts happened because of Holiday Shipping and stuff, or some decide to buy late.
Some SRK Members did not receive any gifts because their Secret Santa run off with their own.

Also, a minimum cost going to be set.
