Best Team (NO god or top tiers)

I pretty much refuse to play to God-Top Tier teams…the only characters in that category is Iron Man and Dr. Doom.

As for low-tier teams I destroy God-Top with:

Ken-Y/Cap. America-Y/BB Hood-A - Great with cross-ups. (switch Cap. America for Iron Man to handle Strider-Doom crap)

Sakura-A/Ken-Y/BB Hood-A - Great with cross-ups.

Juggernaut-B/Sakura-A/Amingo-Y - Glitch with Juggernaut. Switch to Amingo, build meter. Switch to Sakura and transform to Dark Mode…Juggernaut Punch away. :smiley: (Amingo is also great at handling flying Sentinels)

I’m good with only low tier characters. I refuse to confirm to the norm and play anything with a magneto/storm/sentinel etc. in it.

So here is my main:

Jill
Captain Commando

only thing is, I would like to actually make a working team, and not just use Capcom like a huge crutch.

Other than those guys I’m pretty much only good with Megaman and Hayato.

Any suggestions on a good third character to experiment with?

Throw Silver Samurai in there! He is a great character on his own, plus has a sword too.

A good way to do that in my opinion, is don’t use commando with anti-air. Use his projectile or kick assist instead, those are useful too.

In many cases players look at commando as an assist character, not really bothering to learn him and just using the assist. If their first two guys get taken out, then they are like a fish out of water with only capcom left and can’t do shit.

Not relying on his AA assist kinda forces the player to digg deeper and figure out how he works.

Yeah a friend of mine uses megaman paired with BB.Hood’s projectile assist and that stuff can be a real bitch.

Megaman probably has one of the best fierce punches in the game. It is every bit as good as other non-beam projectiles.

I counter that with Team Deathstar:
Guile/Megaman/BB.Hood

Sentinel’s worst nightmare.
