only after his disrupter derp stopped working and he couldnât get by using 20% of the characters potential anymore. the point still stands. there is a reason why people who are mains of and fans of dormammu in marvel hardly ever list masta cj as the best dorm user and the people that donât know too much about the character(i.e. some of the people in this thread) do. one of these groups doesnât know what the fuck they are talking about.
I wish Chrisis was more consistent :=/ A legit player should make one of these.
I ask because I was recalling conversations like this back in MvC2. Most of the factors boiled down to who had the greatest understanding of the character and was able to use said knowledge at high level most consistently given certain circumstances that pop up in high level play.
I donât think ANY one person can make the whole âbest player list.â The best thing we can probably only do have people that actually knows what theyâre talking about list the player and characterâs that they absolutely knows has the best of. If someone makes a full list of the players that are the best with that character then its most likely going to be opinions mixed in with some results.
What first needs to be done is everyone come up with a list of factors that should be looked for. At the same time the game is still young, itâs kinda hard to call for the best player when a large majority of people donât even know how some characters are suppose to be played and only go off what they see one player do.
I think this thread is alright lol. At the very least we get a vast array of people who use each particular character. And I guess the definition of âbestâ was left up to us anyway so people are pretty much being called so for different reasons, so Iâm not taking this thread too seriously 
I was never disagreeing with you in the first place, lol. Iâm just saying that the guy plays better nowadays, heâs on that Dark Spell derp now. I just felt like some credit should be given to him, thatâs all.
I love marvisto, but he really only uses Arthur for the gimmick of lvl 3 anchor.
I have seen no good point arthurs and the only people who really rep him are me and a couple others on the arthur forums⌠but we havent had a new post in about 4 daysâŚ
I agree with this, also i think a lot of players only are right with the characters they have searched footage of matches and trained to play with it, it is like Doom players have more posibilities of knowing who the best Doom is because they use him and understand how difficult(or easy) is to do certain stuff that separates good players from average ones.

Its too hard to determine the best user of a character in this game. Too many variables to account for ie. how much they win vs how well they use the characters tools vs how strong their fundamentals and how much it compares to character knowledge, etc.
Kusoru has the best Joe. He has a far better reading abilities than Howtoread,not to mention just way more experience as a fighting game player.
Kusoru may just be the better player. Whoâs better at playing X character vs. whoâs a better player are two entirely different things.
Itâs like how Fanatiq won the MM against RayRay not because he had the âbest Magnetoâ (He didnât) but because he was just a better player.
