Tenboss easily has the best Dr. Strange. He makes him look absolutely amazing. His matches vs ABEGEN are some of the most entertaining I’ve seen in this game
Well after what we witnessed at KVO…I really haven’t seen any Deadpool on the level of Rei-chan. I haven’t seen many Deadpools but Chris Matrix and Tatsu just aren’t on this level.
Wesker…there’s too many players using him but I really haven’t seen movement/awareness as good as Chou’s Wesker. Rei-chan’s was very good too.
KVO confirmed what I already thought, Chou’s Vergil > any American Vergils, sorry Yipes.
The Magnetos were good, but Tsujikawa disappointed me. I think Chou’s Magneto is up there just because of how amazing he is overall as a player. I think Joker still has the best one, execution-wise.
I agree with most of your points, but in regards to Joker having the best execution, I dunno because he does drop combos a fair bit (though practically all- if not some- of the stuff he pulls off is really good).

Anyway we should revive this topic after EVO cuz it’s the only place besides Final Round that’ll make these lists more clear.
By results best Ironman would be Alukard by a landslide, and I’m the only other one I can think of with any sort of tournament success. Everyone saying Joker is just buying into hype, every list should have Alukard on top regardless of the fact that his combos aren’t as cool.
And I place fairly well In most of the tournaments in Texas which has much more important names in the community, the fact of the matter is the only one doing anything at majors is Alukard, and yes I know Joker can’t go the U.S. but that doesn’t exclude him from having to prove himself.
If you want to learn how to play Iron Man properly Alukard is a really good player to watch, he has good fundamentals and doesn’t do any stupid risky shit.
Joker gets a lot of recognition because nobody bothers with Iron Man in this gameso he’s one of the most popular names by default.
I know I said I thought Joker was the best but considering I don’t use drones and play more defensive/keepaway I can’t really learn that much watching him. People love big flashy combos but if you try to play IM like that WITHOUT drones you will die really badly. Fundamentals and spacing with IM is much more important than gimmicky combos that stem off c.M, S
If you read my first post, tournament results doesn’t relatively matter in regards to best usage of character. Alukard’s Iron Man isn’t even close to the caliber of Joker’s; you have a better Iron Man than Alukard.
My personal opinion is that Joker is the best BUT watch that match to learn how to play Iron Man properly. Knowledge of a character is always more important then flashiness.
If I wanna learn shit about Iron Man I watch Danke, Alukard or my friend Dapvip because although Joker is good his playstyle is pretty out of the ordinary for Iron Man’s toolset.
Knowledge of the character? In the first match Alukard uses 4 meters with Iron Man and doesn’t kill. He could’ve picked up Doom with L Smart Bombs into a relaunch after Iron Avenger and kill Doom.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Alukard is a bad player whatsoever, he’s very knowledgeable about the game and that is pretty much half of being good at Marvel. I’m just saying there’s no way Alukard can be considered the best Iron Man, he doesn’t use his tools as effectively as Joker does.
I’ve seen Alukard play in person yet I’m still not impressed by his Iron Man play as much as I am with his decision making.
