A Best of poll would be cool, but it would be huge. I’m thinking of a list of 17 characters, and a poll of the top 5 players for each character. Would be insane, but cool to see.
I also think everybody that posted a best of list should update that list after the patch drops. If the patch fixes some laggy connections, some ppl are gonna be surprised by some players that they thought were ok, but were actually losing due to lag before.

Its really hard to measure someones skills when lag is bad, specially if both players are on opposite side of the coast. …the game become so random. I’ve seen alot of strategy that only works when there is lag involve which is really annoying. Priorities of move are all mixed up, certain moves beating moves that’s not suppose to beat. Tick throws that’s impossible to escape due to the opponent having the frame advantage…and all this random BS.
I really hope the patch does miracle…but i highly doubt it. It will probably fix certain bugs but thats probably it. And who knows when the patch will even come out? I think it took them longer to remake ST than to make sf4!!
and speaking of SF4…its just around the corner…I believe alot of people will be mainly focusing on that game once its out…
Yup when SF4 comes out STHD will get put to the side. HOWEVER, i’m worried SF4 might lag really bad online because of the stronger graphics.
Yeah im worried too…but hopefully it doesn’t due to being a 3D engine instead of 2D.
Poll sounds interesting, but can you guys really think of like 5 different players per each character? On some of them I am lucky to think of one, but 5 to make up a poll? It will most likely just be a re-list of all the common people who post here and respectively stating their mains… not trying to be a dick, just thinking pragmatically.

Yeah 5 is a bit much esp with characters like Dhalsim maybe 3 of each? I’m sure that if someone wanted to go back over the lists here they could come up with at least that many. But if not I’m sure someone out there would be like hey nobody’s plain Sim? F that I’ll do it add me to nominations lol

Not trying to start a debate but I haven’t bought the game yet and it seems like for the most part the 360 has less lag issues than hte ps3 right?
Yes sir Voltech! hopefully our connection is still good…Ive notice that lag occurs even with people that I had good connection before.
Are you gona switch over to sf4 when it comes out?
I’m almost certain that these slowdowns recently have something to do with the release of SF4 or the patch their making. As far as switching over probably I’ll do both. I’m an Old Schooler so ST will always have a place in my heart. I just hope some good players stick around when the hype dies down or that SF4 is so sick I we all just move on either way I’ll be a Street Fighter fan for life!
I might swtich to SF4 full time or even worst switch over to 360 depending which one will have less lag…But i grew found of psn…cuz srk psn peeps rocks!!
