Shaq fu is still in our to do list so don’t worry.
Xorcist- Doomsday Warrior is just… dumb. DragonCharlz and I played that last night after you suggested it and all I can say is that I’m extremely disappointed in that game. The controls are just retarded and the special moves are very lacking.
Falling Edge- I understand how you feel. Everyone is not going to like every review that we do and it’s just ignorant for us to think otherwise. In any case thanks for watching and hopefully our next one will… entertain you.
Loved the review, can’t wait for another one, hopefully something more obscure than Shaq Fu which we already all know sucks anyways. Maybe bundle a 3-minutes shaq fu review with a more in-depth review of something that hasn’t been done yet.
Good review. A little boring to watch compared to your other ones, but still good.
I’m still waiting to see you outdo the humor that was in your reviews of Dragon Master and Gowcaizer. That end rant at the end of the Gowcaizer one is classic.
Be prepared then because the next video that’s being done is going to have me in it. I dunno if I can go off like I used to… it’s been a while. I’ll see if I can muster up a lil something.
The last game under review wasn’t so much funny as it was pointless. But it’s good to know that you guys are still making these. Can that really be called a fighter? There’s hardly any tech involved. :\
Xorcist I just saw your post where you suggested some games.
Asura Blade
Dragoon Might
Far East of Eden - Kabuki Klash
Fight Fever
Tao Taido
I can actually say that we’ve played all of these games and a couple of them were on our list to be reviewed I’m just not sure when we’ll get around to it.
If I may make a suggestion, I really liked in the Power Rangers review, where multiple people were involved in the discussion and such. I think it brought a lot of energy and humour to the review, and made it more noteworthy. I’m not sure if there’s a reason you guys don’t do that more often, but if not, I think that’d be a good way to make your reviews even more entertaining than they are already. Keep up the good work, dudes!
Yeah we did do the group review for Pretty Fighter, but it was kinda half assed and lasted way too long so it got cut instead.
Also now it’s a lot harder for us to get together all the time and stay focused to do a panel review. Whenever the stops becoming an issue we’ll do them more often, but thanks for the input.l
Well hells yeah. Cannot wait to see how badly that game does. If you end up doing it I could explain to you some of the stupid bull crap there is in this since I play it all the time.
Justice League Task Force SNES
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters (Genesis Version)
Power Moves SNES
Double Dragon V The Shadow Falls (SNES)
If any of those were to be reviewed in the future, I would be eternally grateful!
I know I’m probably stupid for playing it but I find it fun and interesting. I know there is some stupid shit in it such as very good no-direction Punch combos. The game is a lot about running to stall sometimes but there is a lot you can do to avoid stuff and approach an opponent as he tries to stall. It’s very weird. But I do put quite a bit of time into this game as stupid as it sounds. I like it, it is different, and there is a lot you can do, though a lot of the moves are pretty situational. Some tactics I still have a hard time, some just because I suck at doing Half circle grabs on the gamecube controllers. I like the efficiency of the grabbing in the game, and the set ups for grabs. Scary that I play it a lot, ain’t it?
Now taken I am a Sonic fan. Eek. Not of the newer games. So the games style might just appeal to me. But I do like how the game plays and I will continue playing it with my few opponents. I know a lot of people here hated the barrier system this game had, but really like it. I know that most people must hate when the blocking is limited so but if you are gonna spam that overpowered block then it damn well should break and you be left with nothing. I like the way things can be punished in the game and it just sticks as a game I want to play a lot.
