Seattle: A bunch (5-10 at least)
Portland: All (30+ at least)
It’s shaping up to be a very large tourney. People are welcome to stay out the weekend in Portland for sure.

Yes, there is slightly more room. This temp location is a one time deal for Slugfest however, after this it flips back to the newly renovated Ground Kontrol. Eugene is now rolling up 5 strong btw, good stuff. Gauntlet for our newest NW scene? See you in a few.

Who is down for FIFA streets tournament?
I’ve been trying to make it out to one of these damn tournaments since Slugfest 3 or 4. I think the stars might align and it will actually happen this time.
I’m looking forward to getting my ass thoroughly kicked by the lot of you and I’m hoping maybe some of you can teach me how to not suck so much.
Out of curiosity is there going to be locked characters for the team tourny before brackets/seeding is made or standard format?

The team tournament is character locked and you must register your characters when you sign up.
OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
We have reserved another venue for the peeps under 21 who cannot attend the afterparty from 5-8. The venue is called BackSpace and it’s a LAN Cafe located right around the corner from Ground Kontrol. They’ll have a few set ups there as well as some great food

Ok,
A quick update. We just worked out a deal with Backspace for tomorrow. As Ground Kontrol goes 21 and up at 5pm, we have secured Backspace for our needs from 5-7pm. That means if you are under 21 you can bounce across the street and get some games in there. I will transfer some set ups over there at 5pm, we are basically looking to keep everyone on that block all day. If we go over time and the kids are still in the tourney, Backspace will also be our insurance as well. If you want to game and get your drink on, Ground Kontrol will be going strong after the tourney. Anyway, something for the younguns and the OGs. See you tomorrow.
ps, if you have an xbox stick, bring it if you can. Always helpful.

My EVO Stick Sack has gone missing. I think it’s very likely that someone accidentally took it with them (I know people were drinking quite a bit of alcohol). I’m not in a super duper rush to get it back, but if you have it, I’d appreciate knowing its whereabouts. Thanks!

So I’m going to get just as faded before every tournament. I don’t know how good I’ll do but one thing is for certain… I’ll still be able to scrape Theo FREE. Lucky for him MvC3 is coming out and he will be able to run from me to another game.
