Would it be possible to make a stick with another joystick as the right analog stick? I feel like it just turn out to be the Hori Virtual On arcade stick. Not a bad thing really.

LOL you might be able to play a lot of other games with a stick, but do you really WANT to and why?
In my opinion forget it, sticks are for fighters ONLY. For everything else: Pad.
With the rare exception of old school shoot’em ups(Maybe) most non-fighting games don’t benefit from any increased accuracy with stick.
Also when using a stick one has to always be sitting straight, up-right. You can’t lay/lounge back on the couch or bed, and relax during gameplay. With fighting games this is a worthy price to pay, but with other types? Screw that! I want to be able to lay back and play comfortably!
And last but not least---- many games out there require the use of both analog sticks and or more than 6 buttons. So you really can’t play stick on that.
I use my stick with all kinds of games mainly fighting and also emulation.
Any arcade-style game that doesn’t make use of both sticks is usually very playable on arcade stick.
Unfortunately, a lot of XBLA games don’t let you remap controls, so getting a layout that isn’t ass on your stick may be an issue for some games.
Also, its not 360, but Gundam Extreme Vs on PS3. That game is godlike, plus, originally it was a four button arcade game, so I won’t play that on anything other than my TE.
In Left 4 Dead I’ve completed the first three maps of Dead Air on expert with my TE much to the dismay of my team.

I dont have a xbox, but I do play Dark souls on ps3 with my arcade stick

Which reminds me of Xbox360 Indies Mahjongg with online play vs Asian country people I haven’t tried using a stick with that game.
Puzzle Fighter and Metal Slug are the only non-FGs I play on stick unless I’m screwing around.
Every couple of months I convince myself I’m going to play through DMC on stick, but I always end up back with pad after a few hours.
I played a few games like Scott Pilgrim, Castle Crashers, Ikaruga and other shit on xbox using an arcade stick. Mostly shit that is 2D/Sidescrolling crap.
