i read the first 2 arcs in like 2 days…but this hawk of the millenium crap is so boring. does the manga ever get back to the way it was before or does gatts stay a nice guy?

well, miura had problems with his health condition in the past. he still works 16 hours a day though.

and at this rate… for us to only have 318 chapters after all this time…cmon son…

granted, every chapter my jaw hits the floor…but god damn its so frustrating having to wait months at a time for 18 pages/2 mins of manga…

heh, rome was not built in a day either.

i would not worry too much about the closure of berserk. we are already roughly 3/4 through the story and have reached a point where miura simply takes his time to plan things out carefully. for a perfectionist such as him, i am sure he does not want to risk his health and the quality of his magnum opus just to finish at a higher rate.

First Berserk anime movie is slated for January 2012. The Japanese website for the film however opens the 15th of this month.
