OK I checked with Rio, and they said if you’re using the Evo coupon code, you need a name per room, which means I can’t book all the rooms alone.
But then I also tried booking straight through the Rio site, and they give a discount for booking 4 nights. So it was just under $467, just a dollar difference from the $466 with Evo Code. And if I go through the Rio site, I can book for more than one room.
In any case, before I or anyone else can proceed to book any rooms, we need a semi-final headcount.
At this point, it looks like we will only need 2 rooms, especially if some people are willing to sleep on the couch or floor.
To make things easier for planning the trip, may I request that people copy/paste the headcount list at the end of each post for the next few days so that people are reminded to commit/drop out of the rooms? Also, you can put a note by your name if you don’t mind sleeping on the floor/couch. You can pay less if you do so. Let’s also discuss how much less these people will pay.
OH! and also, note by ur name which nights you are staying…

i just figured out what the advantage of the evo coupon is.
it’s the same price for a room no matter how many people you have in it. with the 4 nights discount, however, prices go up after 2 people. people lie about how many ppl are in their room all the time, but if u get caught, they’ll charge you for the extra people. just something to keep in mind.
but like i said, i can’t book both rooms with the evo code. so let me know if someone else wants to plan out a phone call with me, or if we just want to risk the extra fee (we were fine evo09). also, it’s important that the people who book rooms are the ones most early to arrive.
