Hey I’m pretty new to WWU, just moved up this summer. Looking to lvl up my dudley and get into the ssf4 scene up here in bellingham, but no idea where to start. Anybody do tournies or anything up here?
We are looking into doing some tournies. I believe there will be a casual tournament at the button mashers club. Don’t know much about the details, but they meet on tuesdays at 6 ish. It is supposed to be this week.

Thanks for hosting, Cody! And props to Mike and Zach for showing up as well. Your Ryu was really good, Mike, keep it up! Your ability to adapt was nothing short of amazing, make sure to work on your reactions rather than just anticipation, though. You lost too many rounds by throwing out bad ultras.

I’m sure we could do a tournament. Round robin? Either way, they’re just small, chill gatherings.
Basically if I headed up I’d be visiting my friend who did a wood burning top for one of my TE’s and says he still wants to see it in action…though I probably wouldn’t come out to just a session since he doesn’t play…anyways. Just lemme know
If we did a round robin tourney, it’d still be you/me over three or four other people, really. Saturday, there’s a tournament at WWU with free entry and store credit prizes. So still not really worth the trip up unless you want to get your gas money back in video game discount form.
Double trouble. Who’s down this friday? Not sure when I’ll be there, as I might have a date. But I WILL street fight for however long we got. Tournament being the next day and all, I’m sure we’ll be doing lots of planning/packing too.
