Awesome technology. As a Dorm and Skrull user I really enjoyed that grand finals. Ultimate will help both of those characters so much. I cannot wait till tuesday.
Thanks you guys. I’m happy to put Skrull on the map for us all. I have to say Skrull is indeed a LOT better in Ultimate. Orbital Grudge is one of my favorite moves now since it floats people higher.
Nasty, can you talk more about the changes? Will all of our Skull bnbs still work, or does various hit stun decay force us to learn new tricks. Is the faster armor noticeable on Orbital Grudge? Can you talk about the advatages of orbital grudge floating people higher, does it have viable combo potential now? Could it be a potential poor man’s akuma’s tatsu (assist)? Is the extra stagger after the level 3 something that made the final cut or was that just a rumor.
Okay when did some casuals, I noticed one thing that kept messing me up, and that was when you meteor smash someone then xfactor>launch, if you jump immediately it will face you the wrong direction as seen in the match of me vs haunts on NCVC2. Every BNB I did worked still, but I didn’t try the 100%. The GimR infinite is still in as shown before I fought Champ. Orbital Grudge armor comes out faster so it’s like a Dangerous Tatsu but for Skrull and since they float higher, it’s much easier to combo with the Fatal Buster. The changes to level 3 were not seen, so it just was a rumor.
I like that Skrull is better, but personally I don’t want him to be swarmed over by a lot of people, you know what I mean. I tend to avoid overused characters, but I don’t think I’ll just stop using Ammy or Skrull. I just have that feeling.
I would really love it if we started using orbital grudge (and fatal buster) in viable bnbs, it’s a cool move. If orbital grudge can really be used as a GTFO assist then that is huge, like fucking huge. Good to know the infinite is in, I never bothered to learn it because I feared it getting patched out, if it is in after the day 1 patch, I’ll learn it. Air meteor smash will lead to interesting reset options come to think of it, but I can’t come up with much that will help with are viable reliable BnBs. I am getting more hyped.

I don’t think we have to worry about that too much. For one thing, tenderizer discourages noobs, whiff recovery on elastic slam discourages noobs, not very abusable normals discourages noobs, and he’s also clad in spandex. Now if he had a trenchcoat and sword I’d be worried.

Yeah seems like Skrull is about to get a lot of exposure this time around. I heard Rog already put him on his team, and Wong liked his assist.
I’m assuming Rog replaced Tron with Skrull? Either way I wonder who he’s going to use instead of Wolverine.
Same with Jwong but I think it’s about time Justin nailed down a team and actually practiced it or came up with some new tech.
I spoke to PR Rog after playing him the other night because he is in miami for a tournament. Don’t be surprised if you see him playing skrull in ultimate.
