I’m going to hold back my hype. The teaser hasn’t ensured that the concept of Beavis and Butt-head isn’t dated and not just a 90s relic. I loved it when I was younger and I outgrown this sort of humor a long time ago. I’ll watch an episode or two for nostalgia sake but I don’t think he’ll hook me like it did in my youth

Well that’s the problem, there isnt any more Music Videos nowadays. Especially not from MTV.

That’s why they commentating on the Jersey Shore which is cool because they should talk trash on all the crap TV shown today.

OR… even better… if they can get the rights for it, I would love them to just rip up some TV…

Agreed, I didn’t find that clip at all funny. They should make a videogame though, last one I played was brilliant (but that too may just be nostalgia talking)

What made this series great were their comments during the MTV music clips.

Unfortunately in the DVD collectors edition a lot of that was missing due to licensing. There were only a few music clips.
If it is going to be a TV series and does not feature comments on music videos it will lose much of its humour.

Not comments on reality TV crap.

I used to LOVE that Beavis and Butthead game on Genesis,lol I remember that was the 1st game I stayed up passed 8 playing as a kid.I never did beat it tho,i couldnt read at the time either :rofl::rofl::rofll:

What’s wrong with Beavis’s voice?
They could do an entire season bashing the Jersey Shore alone.

I never really cared for the music video commentary aspect of the show. Probably due to me not being that into music videos in general. I would always think about how much money they were saving by not having to animate a lot in the show, when it came to the music video parts, as well as the crude animation style.

Bump,
It was good. Felt like they havent missed a beat in 14 years.
Im anti-reality show, so I enjoyed the jersey shore comments.
Im surprised they showed some music vid clips, a lmfao, skrillex IIRC.

Beavis scream sounds off, voices are very similar.
Thoughts?

This show doesn’t work for me now that I’m older, but I liked the Jersey Shore part.
