just asking for details, i haven’t gotten to play the locals often but i overheard something once when the gamestop thing was discussed, then someone else mentioned it again the other day so i thought it was funny and was wondering if it’s one of the gg players.
also, i know we were waiting for you guys to get some games in on that day, thought it’d be hilarious if you guys flaked because of that. it’s a cute story, i’m sure nobody (here at least) has bad blood.

This is for those people interested in playing some good Street Fighter 4 players in the Rochester area. There will be a tournament this Saturday (4-25-09) -> I FIXED THE DATE. Everybody is more than welcome to come. I hope see you guys at Arena 51.

How many people are you expecting because there is a tourney in syracuse too.
I think that it’s good for all of us if people from Buffalo start to come to Arena 51 when they can (& viceversa). The exposure between the two communities will make us better players , because everybody got something unique to contribute to our journey of becoming better players. Also, more players = more tournaments, more money, and more competition. There is no losers here, we’re all winners when we bring communities together.
At what time is that tourney at Areana 51 (Rochester)? It’s at 5P.M. April, 25. I am not sure how many people will be coming, but the best player in the area should be there (except for jinxedrat who will be working). You guys can always come tomorrow (after 3PM) and play some casuals/Ranbats or if you guys give us your word I could talk to the people at Arena to see if it’s possible change the date of the tourney, so we can do it tomorrow or next sunday.

Sorry, guys but I just heard the tourney got axed. I will be talking to the guy at **Arena **tomorrow to find out what happened. I will be posting the new date for the tourney, and the time as soon as I get the info.
There was no way we were going to the tourney today. Half of our guys went to the syracuse tourney and the other half just make it out. But keep us informed cause we do have intrest in playing you guys.

ROCHESTER NY TOURNEY SUNDAY, MAY 3. AT Arena 51
This is what I know about the Tourney:
It’s SF4 exclusive.
I am very sure the Tourney will be double elimination.
Participation Fees: $5-10.
Venue Fee: I am not sure about this yet, but it won’t be much.
Prizes: This depends on the amount of people that enter the tournament.
This SF4 tourney will be the first one in Arena 51, so it’s more like the beginning for better things to come. I think that at least 15 people from Rochester will be in the tourney, and possibly more, but you never know.
