Batman/Superman movie announced for 2016

they could pull a kill bill…make 1 long movie and then cut it into 2.

Love the dc haters saying their films will fail.

Haven’t been wrong so far

Because Marvel movie rumors being more hype than the actual news about this movie evokes feelings of great faith…

Lol.

What “haters”? We just want good fucking DC films and right now WB is doing everything in their power to make it as hard as possible to succeed. They’re damn well going to fail and we all suffer for it.

Some of you bammas need to have some faith. LOL!!!

About what? What has WB/DC given us to make us have faith?

People with Rose-Colored Glasses keep saying “Have faith, have faith, it’s going to be sick” and yet…they have done absolutely nothing deserving of said faith.

Idk about you, but where I come from you have to do something to be worthy of faith and not be given it blindly.

Unless it’s TV and animation DC gets no faith from me.

Used to be the case but now they on shaky ground on all fronts.

Admittedly animation as been shaky but their TV has been on point. Arrow, Constantine and Gotham have been stellar.

The new DC movies give me no reason to be optimist…we haven’t even got a trailer.

Cause he realised he still actually has a promising career.

Nigga, how you gonna forget the best super-hero show on right now…

THE FLASH

You forgot the Flash and Gotham has been anything BUT Stellar.

Yea personally I would say the Flash is pretty great, Arrow is kinda meh and the other 2 I wouldnt even bother watching unless somebody gets their tits out or something crazy like that.

I don’t watch the Flash because I have an intense hatred for Barry Allen. I cannot support any Flash material with him as lead.

Who are you, RockB?

This Barry is more like a strange Wally/Barry hybrid, but I do know where your Barry hate is coming from.

That said, you are doing yourself a great disservice by not watching… It is seriously the best live-action super-hero show in a long, long ass time, and shows a shit-ton of respect to the source material and DC Universe in general.

Actually Barry on that show reminds me of Bart Allen…who the actor looks like oddly enough.

To the DC “haters” comment:

Green Lantern’s only good part was at the end. Man Of Steel brought us bad-ass Jor-El and an interesting revision of Krypton, but a personality-neutered Superman with flat supporting characters.

Marvel earned their stripes by building their brand off of lesser known heroes, creating a shared comic universe with their movies, and had movie goers eat it up. Some of their movies are definitely better than others, but there’s more good than bad so far.

WB/DC has no excuse, they owned all of their comic-book properties and didn’t even considering using them fully until Marvel did it first (WB even announced they bought DC after Disney purchased Marvel). Post-MCU they made one stinker and one (at best) divisive movie based on ol’ reliable Supes . They chose to hire people who didn’t genuinely believe in the source material, and the competition found a nice balance to get comic-book fans and newcomers equally excited.

WB/DC created it’s own skeptics with those movies, don’t throw the blame at the small group of actual haters who just love to hate. I’m looking forward to the DC side of comic films actually improving, I really hope they redeem themselves and knock the skepticism out of me. Plus I went this whole rant without mentioning Halle Berry’s Catwoman, and we know that’s a stain that’ll never quite wash out of our brains.
