Were also talking about a 0 combat experience supes most times before he goes up against a Zod caliber opponent he’s had 10-15 years of being Superboy/blue shirt Superman fighting goofs like Parasite or something. Were talking Vegeta class warlord, who’s conquered god only knows how many planets, without super powers. The scenario really wasn’t all that unrealistic or evidentiary of MoS supes being incompetent.
again cmon I personally believe that the other intelligent life that’s out there is probably near identical to us it makes sense unless the rules of physics and biology apply differently in different parts of the universe (not saying that’s not possible). There’s a lot of real science to be used when explaining a superman scenario but we wont go into that. At any rate this is still at it’s core Supes movie ok and when supes gets the plot armor we get SA supes.
I still will agree that Supes will get put on his back to feed the bat-fan beast but I think the final nod is going to go to Supes. I think DC want’s to get away from Batman a little I mean god look at Supes 75th last year (cool ass animation they did, MoS, Injustice was basically a superman story, Supes+WW became a thing) now look at Bats 75th this year… they didn’t do shit but put the over priced bats TAS merch on sale. Batman is in the position wolverine has been in him being so popular makes it hard for them to push other shit and open other avenues of revenue. Plus it gets old to all non bat fanboys and even some who are to have to deal with the constant batman, batman, batman, batman, I’m sure everyone at the company feels the same
